Shipping Policy
- Before placing an order and making payment please make sure to double check the shipping address to avoid any delay in delivery.
- If you receive your product in a damaged condition, you are advised not to accept it. In case there is any other issue with the product and you accept it, please write to our customer support care@candesworld.com enclosing the POD (proof of delivery) document.
- If the product returns to us due to incorrect shipping information, we will send notification to the customer and request them to provide correct information. We will ship the order again within 1 -2 business working days (Mon- Fri).
- Orders dispatch policy
- All orders placed will be dispatched within 2-3 days.
- All orders placed will take 4-5 days of delivery time if located in Delhi NCR and 7-8 days of delivery time if located outside Delhi NCR
Shipping Process
- Candes Technology ships the order through reputed courier services. Once the products are shipped through courier you will get the details like Courier Company, Airway Bill Number etc. so that you can track your consignments.
- Timely delivery is subject to the Terms of Service published by the courier partners. Note that due to circumstances out of our control (like natural disasters, holiday delays, etc.) deliveries may get delayed.
- The recipient of the order will be responsible for any import duties or taxes charged by the recipient's country and any carrier-related fees. These fees can vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
Special Considerations
- All orders are subject to approval based on the billing information provided.
- All orders may be placed on hold for further security verification if billing and shipping information is different and/or order total exceeds over Rs.5000/-
- In case the product is out of stock or unavailable, your order may not be shipped until a Customer Care Representative has contacted you for further instructions.
